When the Board of Directors approve of the services, it would be the association that would be pay the monthly fee, not the individual homeowners.

How many homeowners does the site allow?
There is an individual login account for each unit in the condominium association.
Are there any cancellation fees or long-term commitments?
No. My Condo Portal sites are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your account will be active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds or prorate partial months.
Is there software to install?
No, our software is web-based. There is nothing to download or install. You can make updates from any internet connection.
